Meeting Room Rental* (limited availability!)
Organize a meeting with your customers and/or staff. Rental is per room, per day and on a first come-first serve basis. Audiovisual, catering and other special requests are the responsibility of the exhibitor/sponsor. Time and location will be subject to approval by show management.
*Participating company’s staff rooms must be booked at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, in order to qualify for meeting room rental.
