What is BusCon Connect?
BusCon Connect is a program taking place at BusCon designed to connect operator buyers with exhibiting suppliers. The program facilitates relationship-building and includes one-on-one meetings (speed-networking) and an exclusive networking function.
What Are the Benefits of Participating?
BusCon already attracts a core group of serious buyers, but we take this a step further. BusCon does all of the heavy lifting involved in searching for these influential contacts – a distinct group of bus and bus equipment buyers who are ready to make purchases in the next 12 months. There is a thorough screening process to ensure each operator is a genuine interested buyer. The operator agree to participate in 15-minute, private, one-on-one meetings. We match up the participating operator with exhibitors for these interactions based upon corresponding needs.
How Does It Work?
BusCon Connect participants will be provided with a personalized meeting schedule along with detailed information about the operator, such as information about their current fleet and what they are looking to purchase in the near future.

• Those looking to purchase buses and bus related equipment/services in the next 12 months
• Senior-level public transit/paratransit operators
• Private owners responsible for procurement in
– Tour & Charter/Chauffeured Transportation
– Shuttle Services
Where & When Does It Take Place?
The meetings will take place at the Indiana Convention Center from 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm on Monday, September 23rd, followed by the BusCon Welcome Reception from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. So it’s a great way to meet potential buyers prior to the exhibit hall opening on Tuesday, September 24th.
How Can I Participate?
BusCon Connect is available to all BusCon sponsors. Exhibitors can also participate for an additional fee of $975.
